Beginning March 19, 2007 you will be prompted to enroll in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) when you log-in to Online Banking.  MFA is another step to ensure the online safety of our customers and to help prevent fraud and identity theft.  MFA is an image that will appear each time after entering your Access ID and before you enter your Password to let you know that you are on a safe and secure website.  Once you enroll you will not have to complete the application each time. 

These are the steps that you will take to enroll in Multi Factor Authentication:

• Enter your normal Access ID / Username and hit submit.
• Enter your normal Password and hit submit.
• An image will automatically be selected for you.  (You will be able to change the image after you have enrolled by choosing the Options tab in Online Banking.)
• Enter an Authentication Pass Phrase (This can be any phrase that will appear each time you log-in to Online Banking.)
• Choose three Challenge Questions and Answer them.
• Register your personal computer.  DO NOT REGISTER A PUBLIC COMPUTER. 
• Hit Submit.
