Jay Knudtson started in banking over 30 years ago and has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer since we opened in 2002. He graduated from Southeast Missouri State University and the Graduate Banking School in Boulder, CO. Jay served Cape Girardeau as mayor from 2002-2010. He lives in Cape Girardeau with his wife and they have one son.

He is a graduate of Sikeston High School and University of Missouri Columbia. Steve also graduated from the Southwest Graduate School of Banking. Brittney Lee started her career with the Bank as a Personal Banker when we opened in 2002. She has also served as Sales and Marketing Manager and became Chief Financial Officer in 2016. She is a graduate of Jackson High School and Southeast Missouri State University. Brittney graduated from the Paul W. Barret, Jr. Graduate School of Banking and from Southeast Missouri State University with her Master’s in Business Administration. She lives in Cape Girardeau with her husband and their son.

Heather Dameron started with the Bank as a Mortgage Loan Processor in 2003. Her responsibilities rose to Commercial Credit Analyst, Mortgage Underwriter and Credit Officer. She was promoted to Chief Credit Officer in 2015. Heather is a graduate of Jackson High School and graduated from Southeast Missouri State University. Heather attended the Barret School of Banking’s Commercial Lending Academy and is a graduate of the Graduate Banking School in Boulder, CO. She lives in Jackson with her husband and their son and daughter.
